Good graphics and sound, fun to play and quite challenging.Those llamas are driving me craaazy. I never knew killing Llama's could be so fun. Better drop out of school so that I can become a pro.. It's fun for a bit, but it doesn't have the depth to hold your attention. I understand why the creators opted for local-only multiplayer, but I think it does the game a massive disservice. My friends and I use games to stay connected since we don't have the time we used to to get together. When we do get together, things like this are far down on the list of how we want to spend our time. Even as someone that followed this game during its development I can't recommend it if it doesn't have an online multiplayer.. Edit: Now That I've Beaten It Faster Than Expected Edition Disclaimer - Get this when it's on a good sale.==========VALA is a slick dual-stick shooter that comes as advertised, and the goofy we're-idiot-college-roommates humor works fine on the side considering all your gametime is almost solely invested in murdering entire small countries worth of llamas. Really the sort of thing I haven't played since Smash TV back when most people reading this review weren't even born or were busy filling diapers.I have no doubt this would be amazing couch co-op for we're-idiot-college-roommates, but for god's sake I got this on Steam and it'd be really swell if I could give the creators more of my paycheck and tax return money by shilling out gift copies for friends who will never play this with me anyway if it had online multiplayer. Just saying.TL;DR - I didn't mean to go past 2 hours of played time so I could refund it but here we are.. Game is original, give it that. The puns, good lord the puns...Now. take this and make a kickbutt brutal mech shmup sans the Llamas por favor?. HAHAHAHA i love this game. from the heavly cheesed intro to the constant cheesy one liner lama jokes.mass lama killing at its best. only issue its surviving long enough to get the perk upgrades and the correct weapons. still haven't found a way to regen health :'(. 10\/10 solid game, pure llama slaughter satisfaction. There's nothing that hits my llama murdering needs like this game. Every person who believes llamas are pure evil will get their tinfoil hats after playing this game for 10 minutes.
